Stop leaving reviews to memory

Happy customers leave with good intentions, but review requests depend on someone remembering. Star It fixes the first pain of review growth with timely, consent-respecting request campaigns.

Why asking for reviews is inconsistent

A great service ends, and the customer walks out happy and willing to leave a review. The problem is what happens next. The request depends on somebody remembering to ask, at the right moment, through the right channel. Most of the time, nobody does, and a willing customer simply never gets around to it. The good feeling fades before it ever becomes a review.

How we are addressing it

We are handling this by simplifying and stripping away the unnecessary components, focusing only on timely, consent-respecting review request campaigns that ask each happy customer at the right moment.

With Star It, you set up a short campaign of email or SMS requests, choose the send window, and let it run. The right customer gets a friendly ask while the experience is still fresh, contacts who have opted out are never contacted, and you can see what was sent, what landed, and what came back as a review.

What we are leaving out, on purpose

We are building Star It as one small, focused application. There is no broad marketing suite to set up, no per-location fee that punishes growth, and no bundled tools you did not ask for. Campaigns, one review inbox, easy responses, and a clean website widget are the whole product. Every location stays visible without a charge for each new pin.

Pricing and what comes next

Star It launches in Q4 2026 at $99 per month, or $990 per year, with every location included. Join the launch list for your first month free, then stay monthly or pay for ten months and use the product for twelve.
